Extra Remix (エクストラ リミックス ?, Ekusutora Rimikkusu ), also known as 1st Remix (1st リミックス ?, 1st Rimikkusu ) on the prologue, is the 6th Rhythm Game of Extra (54th and final overall) in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade).
The gameplay is the same as the original remix, but the tempo is sped up with new orchestration to the music. The visual changes from the Tempo Up! versions of each game are retained as well.

Remix 1, Remix 2 and Remix 4's music were used to train the development team's sense of rhythm by having them dance to it.[2][3] The in-game remixes actually use only a small portion of that music. Interestingly, Extra Remix has new orchestrations for every variation of Remix 1's music, despite most not being used.
The first time that The Clappy Trio appears in the Remix, the 3 is replaced with a 4, and there are 4 of them that time, keeping the same rules.
Both this remix and Remix 8 (the game's final remix) begin with Marcher and close with Karateka.
The concept of the epilogue comparing the player's performance to the quality of a meal is similar to the epilogues to the Remix 1s in Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Heaven Fever, while the epilogue to Extra Remix is similar in concept to the epilogue to Remix 2 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
