Micro-Row (小さないきもの?, Chīsana Iki Mono) is the 3rd Rhythm Game of Citrus Land (18th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The long version, Micro-Row 2, appears in Stage 4 in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Citrus Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The arrange version, Micro-Row 2, appears in Stage 10 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
Gameplay[]
The player controls the blue Microbe in the middle. They must march forward along with the other microbes and not bump into them as they make a spiral trail. Occasionally, a bell rings, signaling the microbes to march three steps at once.

- Ⓐ/Tap: March one step
Timing Display[]
- Perfect!/Ace!: The microbes march forward.
- Early!/Late!: The player mistimes their step, and lightly bumps into the neighboring microbe.
- Miss...: The player bumps into the neighboring microbes.
