Unused Content[]

Version 02 of Marcher uses the same graphics as the regular game, however the ✚ controls are disabled.

There is an unused version of Marcher with a more detailed Practice, involving techniques used in Marcher 2, such as quick face turns, or face turns while marching[1][better source needed]. The real game itself plays like Marcher 2, but using the graphics from Marcher.

In about 1/4 into Marcher 2, the left and right face turns will also have the Sarges do a pose. Sprites for the pose do exist in all other versions, but they go unused.

Sarge has voice clips for the fast face turns in Marcher 2, a different take on the line 全体 (Zentai?), as well a separate full set of voice clips in a different voice.

The sprite for the Squadmates has the helmet separated from the head for the front-facing head. The head itself has red hair similar to that seen in Staff[2]. In Marcher Tempo Up! in Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), the Squadmates have orange hair instead[3].

The Alien Bunnies have alternate sprites for marching, which are posed closer to what the Squadmates look like while marching. They also have the pointing animations, what appears to be a dance similar to one they perform in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, and what appears to be them looking upward. The Squadmates, Sarges and Alien Bunnies all have an unused animation for clapping.

Unused Content[]

The unused Sarge voice clips for fast turns and alternate 全体 (Zentai?) exist in Rhythm Heaven Megamix as well, remaining in Japanese in the English and Korean versions.

The Squadmates once again retain the unused pointing and clapping animations. Additionally, there's two animations of the Squadmates doing face turns. While the assembled animations were used in Rhythm Tengoku, the separated head and body are used in Rhythm Heaven Megamix instead.
