Launch Party |
Count down to launch! Or rather, count down to launches. Quite a few of them, in fact. |
Rhythm Heaven Megamix |
Launch Party (ロケットゼロ?, Rocket Zero) is the 1st Rhythm Game of Stage 6 (26th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the 3rd of Star Land (65th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Gameplay[]
In the game, the player controls a square-shaped Launchpad as it flies into space. As the launchpad flies, multiple models of Rhythm Rockets pop up onto it. When a rocket appears on the Launchpad, a countdown appears on the Launchpad's screen. The player needs to launch the rocket when the countdown reaches 0, launching it into space. The are four different models of Rhythm Rockets, each with their own type of countdown.
- Family Model (「レッツ号」?, "Let's-gō"): The basic red and white "Trusty" model counts down from 3, one number per beat.
- Party Cracker Model (「クラッカー号」?, "Cracker-gō"): The blue "Cracker" model counts down from 5, at a fast pace.
- Bell Model (「ベル号」?, "Bell-gō"): The green "Belle" model counts down from 7, at a very fast pace.
- Bowling Model (「ボウリング号」?, "Bowling-gō"): The grey "Stricker" model counts down from 1, at a very slow pace. Launches on the third beat.
The countdowns are used to help judge the time to launch, but are also to confuse; the timing for each rocket other than the red ones is the same.

Launch Party (ロケットゼロ?, Rocket Zero) is the 5th Rhythm Game in the Two-Player Menu in Rhythm Heaven Fever. It is unlocked after completing the One Player version.
The game has two launchers, with P1's being blue, and P2's being orange. Both players simply have to launch the same kind of rockets simultaneously. However, partway through the game, each player's launcher moves around in the background as an additional distraction.

Trivia[]
- During the game, two voices can be heard, with a man, likely a member of the rockets' crew, communicating their findings to a woman at mission control. There are three distinct points with this dialogue:
- "Now launching on our mission to find where rhythm comes from!"
"Copy that. You guys are already heroes!"
"...And we have lift off!" - "Would you look at that! There are stars everywhere! Absolutely amazing... do you copy?"
"Copy. But, I can't see them from here. Be sure to take lots of pictures!" - "And we're coming home! With lots of pictures!"
"Copy that!"
- "Now launching on our mission to find where rhythm comes from!"
- In certain parts, large Stars appear all around. When they move really quickly, they leave behind a visible trail behind themselves. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, instead of a trail, the stars have a ring of smaller stars around them.
- A member of The Clappy Trio and the mothership seen in Airboarder make a cameo appearance in the epilogue.
