I'm a lady now is the song used in Honeybee Remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The song was performed by Hotzmic, written by Isao Nobuhara, composed by Tsunku♂, and arranged by Kaoru Okubo[1].
Notably, this is the first song ever in the Rhythm Heaven Series to have English lyrics in all regions and the first to have a music video. It was directed by Masaki Takehisa.
While the Japanese versions of each song give the name of the vocalist during gameplay, this is always replaced with "Song by Tsunku♂" in other regions. While Honeybee Remix also does this, the vocalist is actually credited, formatted as "♪ I'm a lady now / Hotzmic".
