This minigame doesn't have an official English name, due to Rhythm Tengoku not being released outside of Japan. The name can translate either to “Fireworks” or “Firework”, with fans using the former name the most.
The microgames Boom Box from WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and Big Bang from WarioWare: Touched! have similar gameplay.
This is one of the few times where the arcade port upscales the title card. The others are Rap Men, Toss Boys, and The★Bon Odori.
