Built to Scale (組み立て?, Kumitate) is the 2nd Rhythm Game of Stage 3 (12th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the 1st of Shop No. 3 (97th overall), costing 8 Flow Balls, in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The arrange version, Built to Scale 2, appears in Stage 8 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
Gameplay[]
The factory features four blocks attached to a wall by springs, with the player controlling the third one in line. The player's block is red in color and has an "A" on it, with a "B" on the base. A red rod begins bouncing along the blocks, and the player needs to activate the block to bounce it along the line. Two squares gradually start moving toward each other, and when they meet, the red block pulls back. The player must extend it forward to shoot the rod into the squares, assembling them into a Widget.
The entire game follows the same basic pattern, with a different tempo each time.

Timing Display[]
- Perfect!/Ace!: The rod bounces on. When launching the rod, it hits squarely in the center of the squares, connecting them.
- Early!/Late!: The rod is bounces on, wobbling in the air and making a sound. When launching the rod, it slightly falls down when touching the block.
- Miss...: The rod falls off of the block. When launching the rod, it falls down.

- In Rhythm Heaven Fever, the letters A and B light up when the red block pulls back, signaling the buttons that must be pressed. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, only the letter B lights up, matching the new controls for the game.
- This game combines bouncing a rod from Polyrhythm with shooting rods into squares from Built to Scale. The rods are red like the Akai Mono from the former, while the squares are white like the Widgets from the latter.
- In most material, the Widget has square edges, but in the item, the edges are rounded.
